Personal data
Version 1 · October 2026- The basic Offline version collects nothing: your players, photos, scores and settings stay on your board’s PC.
- We only ask for what is really needed: no name, no address, no phone number.
- Never any resale of your data, never any targeted advertising.
- Video between players is never recorded on our servers; it requires a confirmed adult at each board.
- This site sets no cookies and uses no audience measurement or advertising tool.
1. Who is responsible for your data?

2. What data, what for, for how long?
Today, on this site:

Without a card, the Offline version remains fully usable. No automated decision has any legal effect on you.
3. Who receives your data?
- Fabien Seguin (FunnyDarts), the only one with access.
- OVHcloud, our host (website, e-mails, card server), under a GDPR-compliant contract.
- PayPal, for payments, responsible for its own processing.
- Other players only see your nickname, your emoji, your level and your game results.
- The authorities, only upon lawful request.
Never sold, never rented, never any advertising partner.
4. Where is your data?
The website is hosted in France by OVHcloud. The card server is hosted by OVHcloud in the United Kingdom, a country recognised by the European Union as protecting data to the same standard (adequacy decision).
5. Your rights
At any time you can: find out what we hold about you and get a copy, correct it, have it deleted, object to a use, withdraw your consent (video, test photos), and say what happens to your data after your death. Just write to support@funnydarts.fr: reply within one month at most. Accounting records are kept for the period required by law.
If you are not satisfied with the answer, you can contact the CNIL, the French data protection authority (www.cnil.fr), or the authority of your country.
6. Security
Encrypted connection (HTTPS), card number never shown, server kept up to date, admin access by key only, regular backups. In the event of a data breach, the CNIL and the players concerned are informed as the law requires.
7. Minors
FunnyDarts is a family game, played under adult supervision. Under 15, a card requires parental consent. In the Lhobby, video is only possible if an adult, present at each board, confirms it with their card: a minor appears on screen only under their supervision (see the Rules). The adult’s card number is used for the check and is not kept.
8. Social networks
The official FunnyDarts Facebook group is run on Facebook: Meta is responsible for its own processing. We do not collect any data from your Facebook account.
